Not just popular but a very powerful story, Cinderella is one of the timeless love stories we all adore because it teaches us both love and life lessons. From dealing with the evil stepsisters and ruthless stepmother, to falling in love with a Prince, to choosing the good side of fate no matter how life becomes twisted… Cinderella is a tale that every woman dreams.
Last September 29th and 30th at the CCP Main Theater, Tanghalang Nicanor Abelardo, we were so lucky to witness such an outstanding ballet performance of the famous Cinderella story.
Philippine Ballet Theatre’s ballerinas, Ms. Veronica Atienza and Ms. Regine Magbitang were partnered with the Prince that was played by Mr. Reynard Kristoffer Reyes, a talented master from the Pamela Hayes Classical Ballet Theatre in California.
Congratulations to everyone who participated in this amazing show! Anna York is always happy to support the arts and these talented ballerinas! We chose white and pink and swirl purple Ecuadorian roses for the ladies as these colors represent admiration, warmth and love!
