Himig Handog

Nov. 26, 2017

With the Philippines’ most talented local singers, you just couldn’t disagree with the fact that everyone shines in their own way of interpreting music. Some like it loud and happy and some like it soulful and mellow. Either way, their effectivity always get to us.

Joined by so many local singers, Himig Handog 2017 Awards happened last November 26, 2017 on ASAP.

Himig Handog 2017 winner Moira dela Torre made “Titibo-tibo,” a fun song composed by Libertine Amostoso more enjoyable with the way she interpreted the song, making her bag the prize of P1,000,000. With Moira’s angelic voice and cool rhythm, she took over the hearts and ears of many. Such talent! As for her flowers, we chose the yellow Ecuadorian roses because of pure joy and happiness we wish for her to continue to have.

We would also like to congratulate Jona Viray, Iñigo Pascual, Janella Salvador and Kaye Cal for winning the competition. They were awesome too!

Lastly, for all the music-lovers in and out of the Philippines, let’s continue to support our very own local artists. Congratulations to everyone who joined the competition! You were all great!
