When did you know that you wanted to become a fashion designer?
It only dawned on me that I could actually make a living out of designing clothes after college. In fact, it was when I already have my own company that this whole design calling just beckoned on me.

What according to you is a favourite part of being a fashion designer? What makes you thrilled?
It is not just the process of creation that makes it fulfilling. The joy comes when the person expresses happiness donning my creation. it is being able to be a part of someone’s momentous occasions.
When do you feel happiest?
I am the happiest in my career when I do something out of the ordinary and ticking some design advetures in my list.
Tell us about the real “Zandra Lim Imasa.” Tell us about your own style! (What you like to wear, favorite color… etc.)
My style is simple, boring even. At these times, my rule is comfort. As a mother of three boys, days could be overtly toxic with their activities, demands of my home, and my obligations to my clients and staff. I wanted a style that would easily transition from meeting a client to preparing meals for my boys at home then back again to the atelier overseeing production. I only have a few items that might not be simple but is a necessity to me. A good pair of shoes being one of them. A good shoes strike the mood.
(Another fun part) Tell us something people don’t know about you.
That my ultimate dream is to be a domestic goddess hahaha.
(Hahaha!)
Any message to those who would like to succeed in the fashion industry?
Your talent should have no endpoint. Always be a work in progress. That is better than perfection.
